Fairly clean hip new hotel with excellent and amiable staff. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Central location, perfect base for discovering Toulouse. Found in the pretty quiet area. The venue of choice in Toulouse.

The room was wonderful and airy, with a sofa bed included. The hotel has a great and exceptionally nice location right at Toulouse Hippodrome.- All the staff were excellent and amicable.

The staff here were very helpful and friendly, and the hotel is centrally located near the Hippodrome.

This venue is conveniently located near public transportation options, including trams and buses that link to the metro, Toulouse Airport, and the closest tram stop.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the excellent service provided by the staff. The basic amenities in the rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds, although a bit small, were very comfortable. The hotel had everything I needed, including a couch, desk, and chairs in the room. The breakfast buffet was spot on, with a good choice of items and delicious, healthy yogurts. The elderly lady looking after the breakfast ensured everything was well stocked up.

No major complaints, everything was more than satisfactory.

The room was poorly maintained with a number of broken and missing items in the room. I found it very difficult to have a shower this was due to the way the shower head was fitted on the wall. The room was cold and had not been properly cleaned with limited hangers (2) in the room. The accommodation was over price and I will not be staying there again, I have stayed in the Appartcity in Le Mans and found it to very comfortable.

The room is a small apartment, clean and with a simple and minimalist decoration. It has a sofa bed in the common area that turns into a double bed and a room with a double bed. A small well equipped kitchen, where we could prepare everything without problems, a large and comfortable bathroom, I liked very much that everything was very white, very easy to clean and maintain ... Thanks to the kitchen, we didn't have to ask for breakfast service, and right next door there is an Aldi supermarket that can be reached on foot. We could not try the swimming pool, because on the date of our trip it was closed, and it was cold. Even so, you can see that it is quite big.

Just as the sofa bed was quite good, the mattress of the double bed was quite fair and was a little sunken in the middle. It could be better.

Good location of the hotel on a flight path.

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights with our family of five. The apartment was well-appointed with a double room, single room, sitting room with double futon, bathroom, and small kitchenette. The pool outside was a great bonus, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was conveniently located off the periphery road with secure parking, and it was easy to get to the city center. Access to a laundry room and personal fridge in our kitchenette was convenient. Breakfast had a good choice and delicious yogurts. A great place to stay in Toulouse!

The bed is annoying for couples!!! the hotel is far from commercial center and restaurant, not convenient for who don't have a car.It's near an airport.

There was no air conditioning during a hot summer, making the nights uncomfortable.

Absolutely great venue, we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. All you need for a long stay in Toulouse.- The location is great and exceptionally nice, 10 km from the airport.

The kitchenette is a big plus if one is trying to save money. This location is a little out of down town, but it's only 4 metro stops away

The hotel exists directly under the flight path for Toulouse international airport, so expect loud planes every 10 minutes or so. Keeping the windows closed was a big help.
